Papillon early bird menu is a 3 course dinner for only $32.00 – a free glass of house wine included in price.

For the main dish you have two options: grouper or filet Mignon.
The grouper is filet and pan fried in olive oil, served with white rice, vegetables and local creole sauce.
Or try the filet mignon served with Mediterranean vegetables, potato gratin and red wine garlic sauce.
The best way to finish a meal is with dessert.

The newest place for ribs and seafood on Eagle Beach also offers a wide selections of dishes on their early bird dine menu.
It’s called The Brownstone Restaurant at the Alhambra Plaza Mall – right across from the casino.
Visit the Brownstone and enjoy a 3 course meal including appetizer, main meal and dessert for only $28.
The special is available everyday from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm.

You can begin your early bird dinner with a choice between 3 starters.
- Broccoli Soup – finished with crunchy bacon strips
- Tomato Salad – thin sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and basil dressing
- Mix Salad – tomatoes, bell pepper, red onions and champagne vinaigrette
- Full rack of ribs – two types: BBQ Honey or Smoked BBQ
- Deep fried grouper – served with 2 dip sauces: tartar sauce and French cocktail
- Half roasted chicken – Caribbean Curry
It might be difficult to eat more after the main meal, but if you still have room for dessert get ready for a sweet palate-pleaser.
The dessert offered on the early bird menu is a flambeed strawberries served with vanilla ice cream.
